Dragon Age: The Veilguard has added new armor cosmetics to celebrate Mass Effect’s N7 Day. This fake holiday is celebrated every November 7 by BioWare. The celebration refers to the special forces rank held by some of Mass Effect’s protagonists.

How to Get N7 Armor

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get N7 Armor:

• You will have to update to the latest patch to get N7 Armor in the game.
• Once updated, you will find a chest next to the Caretaker in the Lighthouse.
• The chest will appear after you complete Lace Harding’s “The Singing Blade” mission.
• If you have completed the mission, the chest will be available the next time you visit the Lighthouse.

When you open the chest, you will receive a note from Harding, and the following items you will get:

• Commander’s Helmet
• Specters of Battles of the Past
• Leadership Paragon

The items obtained are two cosmetic armor and one helmet. They won’t have any stats, despite looking like armor. You can equip it by entering the Fortress room and using the transmog function. This way, you can still show your love for Mass Effect while maintaining the best armor stats you have.

The item name also refers to Mass Effect. The Commando Helmet refers to Mass Effect’s protagonist, Commander Shepard. The Specter of Battles Past refers to Commander Shepard who was a Specter agent in the first Mass Effect game. Leadership Paragon refers to Mass Effect Paragon points earned for performing good actions.

The N7 Armor will only be available on November 7, and there’s no word yet on when it will return. If you’re a Mass Effect fan, grab it while you still can!
